The Totally Bamboo 13" Crushed Bamboo Cutting and Serving Board highlights the beauty and versatility of bamboo. It's constructed from crushed bamboo for a dark, wood-like appearance and hefty feel. The organically-grown Moso bamboo used grows back incredibly quickly for a renewable alternative to hardwoods. The rich color of the board combined with its stainless steel handle make it an ideal way to serve delicious cheeses, crackers, and other finger foods to guests. The bamboo construction is gentle on knives when the board is used for cutting too. When the serving is done, the board cleans easily with light hand washing; do not soak or wash in the dishwasher. Board measures 13 inches by 8 inches and is 5/8 of an inch thick.
